Seriously, is there any real way to ink?
I have got a project on animation, but I'm going to need to learn to ink.
Y'know, after drawing in pencil I need to ink, but getting fine lines is hell.

In inking you're supposed to use different kinds on technical pens. Use a pen somewhere around 0.1 or 0.3 if you want very fine lines and of course, you would want your hand to be steady so that you wouldn't need to repeat the line you have drawn[it makes the line darker and sometimes thickens it] in case you get the wrong stroke.
