Sailor Moon DVDs Uncut and in english?

Does anyone who watches Sailor Moon know if the first and second and fifth seasons of it are available to buy on DVD in the uncut version and in english. If so, do you know where to buy them? Can anyone possibly help me? Thank you. :)

I have no clue. I recorded all of mine form the TV and the last season I got it from a person on his pc and it was sub. I know form ppl where I go buy my other animes well they're subed. But I heard they discontinued Sailor Moon. (That's here in Canada ) of what I heard!

1st and 2nd season should be available on DVD's I dunno about it being uncut...even if they were uncut I don't know if they'd include the missing episodes they never broadcasted on American tv. As far as the 5th season goes, Sailor Stars, you won't find that in english anywhere..it was unfortunatly never made *but its possibly the best season of them all in my opinion* due to the 3 Starlights and their gender bending transformations XD I suppose it was too much for the American eye *sweatdrops*..I was..luckily able to find a torrent of the complete Sailormoon series all 200, 5 seasons of them X3. And they are currently on a bunch of cd's atm lol. Though I do recommend watching the 5th season if you ever get a chance to, you may be able to find a torrent of it SOMEWHERE since it was never licensed :3.

The fifth season will more than likely never be in English. During the last episode or so.... Sailor Moon is naked, plus there is the issue of the Sailor Stars changing sexes when they transform. I'm sure you can find the first and second season more than likely on e-bay

If you want to buy a box set with both dubbed and Japanese uncut versions of the first four seasons and the three movies. Not to mention the fifth season Japanese uncut, go to Anime First. They have all of that in one set for $108.99. And no I'm not some salesperson trying to sell you this. I just happened to find while looking on the MSN while looking for a place where I could download episode 98 the Japanese uncut for free. And just so you know you can't find this episode on youtube, or the English version which just happens to be episode 91 there either.

Hi you guys, sorry but I made a mistake and I am here to correct it. Just so you know Anime First does offer the box set that I mention but they lied at least in part of the some of the details. What I am talking about is they claim to have all 200 episodes in the box set but only seasons 3, 4. and the movie box sets are have both uncut and dubbed versions. You see the box set is in reality six box sets in one discount package. Seasons 1 & 2 are both dubbed only, meaning you will miss out on some episodes. Season 5 is uncut so you won't miss any episodes from that season. On the plus side, I found someone who sold me a similar deal but they claim that their seasons 1 & 2 are both uncut and dubbed and contailn all the episodes from those 2 seasons. When I get my package I will be sure to post an update if I can find out who made them and where to get them if my information is correct. I will also tell you where to get them if or when I find out. Sorry about misleading on accident but I hope that you don't take down my post.

Hi, you guys. Me once again. i'm just here to tell you I found a box set on e-bay that has all five seasons. Seasons 1-4 are made by Pioneer. The first 2 seasons are Japanese subtitled only. The next 2 seasons are both dubbed and subltitled. Some of the exact packages can be found at Comparison Warehouse. Their official titles there are Sailor Moon Season 1, Sailor Moon Season 2, and Sailor Moon S World Series 3. But Season four can't be found there.

The packaging looks like this. Sailor Moon part 1 has Sailor Venus with Artemis on it with an orange backround. Sailor Moon part 2 has Rini in her Super Form on it with a purple backround. Sailor Moon S has Sailor Moon in her Super Form on it with a blue backround. Sailor Moon Super S has Sailor Mercury on it with a green backround. That's what the fronts look like as as the picture on the side. The titles I gave them are exactly what they say on the packages.

On a side note the packaging Seasons for Season 3 & 4 which came with the box set I just bought, looks completely different from the packaging with the exact same episodes which I described during my first post about the Box Set at Anime First. Those sets at Anime First can be bought seperately, are different because they were meant to match because 2 different companies released each, I think, don't quote me on this. The first box set has I found has paper on the outside for it's while covering while the other has plastic. Don't quote me on the fact that the first one has a paper covering because I don't think I saw one and never opened it.
Also on the packages seasons I bought, some of the covers look almost identical to some past DVD covers of Sailor Moon.

Just so you know you can go to Amazon.com and look up box sets, but all you will find are the ones released by ADV. Just look up Sailor Moon Season Season 1, Sailor Moon Season 2, Sailor Moon S, and Sailor Moon Super S. Each Season has both English dubbed and the Japanese dubbed for that particular season. They are probably the definitive choice for anyone who needs to see every episode in both languages, but I guarantee you will end up paying more to buy anything, made them.

On a final note, in seasons 3 & 4, when they were dubbed, they didn't skip any episodes. I hope everything I posted has been helpfull. I didn't mean to mislead anybody and gave you as much information on everything that I possibly could that I thought was essential before you bought your first or last season of this great show.
