I can only find two episodes of Tokyo Babylon. Does anyone know if they ever released more in Japan?

No... there are only two episodes. If you like watching Tokyo Babylon then you might like X/1999. Subaru and Seishirou are in it. The story line are about the same but it has differnt main character. I don't know if you have read the manga. If haven't I recommend you, is very good and sad.
