the quality of the pic is very low and the size is quite small so i cant wall it...

resize and enhance. or else do a "vector trace," though that seems like fruitless agony to me. with screenshots, you're not going to find much better quality or size than that.

um...
it's where you use the pen tool and go over the scan in detail in order to produce an infinitely resizable version of the original. it usually doesn't look good if you try to make an exact copy.

That's from the ending to GSD right? You can have it in better quality (but still the same size) if you download a DVD-rip of that episode (cause from what I see here it's just a TV-rip).
