Uniforms are great! You don't have to worry about what to wear each morning and you don't have to spend so much money buying clothes that are "popular".

but wat if you uniform (....) i mean that it doesnt look like the way you thought it would look...
ya know that there are a lot of wierd uniforms out there (not that i wore one of those ...) like
a green,pink or yellow collered one (dont know if the exist but...) you could should not be suprised

Uniforms! Blech! Me? I may not be the one to complain but this time I'm going all-out! I don't like uniforms because----
1. Their material can be itchy...inside...and out! You think that's*woohoo! Hooray uniforms* Please! Itchy! Itchy! Itchy!
2. They are ugly.
3. Ever here your mom say "Awwwww,, honey. This dress would look absolutely adorable on you," I can't get over that statement.
4. They make you look the same---

I never wear a uniform before because I am living in Finland. But I would like to wear on because that time we think everbody as equal. In Finland everybody is too trendy

I don't think we should wear ties as part of our uniform. The boys look OK, but us girls aren't meant to be wearing them. They look stupid.

Maybe if those uniforms came like that? that'd be sweet.. but those uniforms that we all know.. the grey ones... it's not that appealing.. and it's not like the animes where all the guys have long japanese legs and all the girls look some what sexy. with their SHORT skirts... so no... it also degrades our freedom. Making us wear what we don't want.. I don't like uniforms. :)

We wear uniform in school. It's fine for me. But we are not allowed to wear anything with it besides a simple earring and a ring or a bracelet. Nothing else. We cannot wear high-heeled shoes, socks should always be white and should just be right above the ankle bone. Anything too high or low is a violation. We can't even wear any kind of hair accessory we want. There's a require color. (Can you believe that?) The skirt should just be right below the knee. Again, anything too short or too long is a violation. Only ear peircings are allowed, no nose rings, peircings in the tongue, nose, and anywhere else is not allowed. Tatooes are not allowed... well even though they can't see it bec. of the long sleeves of our uniform. And also, very short hair is not allowed. Well, that's because we're all girls. Dyed hair is also not allowed.
Pretty strict, ne? If you don't believe what I've just said, well, that's fine with me. But it's completely true.
I think I prefer not to wear uniform just because of those rules. I like our uniform a lot. It's looks a lot like the uniform of sailor moon. Just make the skirt a lot longer.
Well, if you recognize those rules and the uniform, you're maybe from my school. ^_^'

I wore uniforms for nine years of school and it wasn't too bad. I didn't have a huge wardrobe but at least I didn't have to worry about what to wear or what people thought about my clothes. They were wearing the same thing! It was really easy and I liked it.
Every memory has a soundtrack.

Well, i don't mind uniforms to much because it can make it easier for students to pay more attention on class when they are not worring about how good eachother looks as well as get rid of the whole sexual appeal twoards one another in school. Now of course i am not suggesting something like a typical school girl uniform because that is just stupid, but i am quite fond of the Trinity Blood uniforms myself ^_^;

i like my blazer and crap and sometimes we ahve free unifrom days. Wait ny friend... do you still have to wear uniform is South Korea? OHHHHHH yeah....... i forgot. I read heaps of manwha too... -____- stupid me. Well i dont mind a girl wearing uniform as lnog as its not kilts and i dont mind wearing unifrom eitehr because technically its cheaper than having to buy al these clothes a year. Well, it's a system here that we're compulsary to wear uniforms in school. I don't mind either, but I actually like wearing uniforms, just that I prefer other countries uni more than us here. -_-;;;

Uniforms in schools are an overall good thing. I know, they are sometimes utterly infuriating, but they encourage a sense of belonging and safety (especially for the primary school children). Uniforms don't entirely eliminate the sense of individuality, it actually promotes personality, rather than fashion. Yes, you can express personality through fashion, but there are extremes, extremes which do not belong in learning environment.

I don't know. I'm not very passionate about this topic, but I do believe that school uniforms are good.
Besides, you're going to be in some sort of uniform for the rest of your life, may as well practice it now. That way we can learn to appreciate real clothes more ...

It's bad for the fashion-conscious, since they can't wear what they like.
It's good for the poor, since they can feel equal to those who buy elegant clothes.
It's bad for those who prefer a Dress code.
It's good for people who commute, they can be recognized easily.
It's bad for those who travel at night, they are easy targets for criminals.
It's good for the Anime industry, they feature people in uniform.
It's bad for those who are liberal and open and creative in style.
It's good for perverts who want to look up skirts.
It's bad for perverts who want to see people wearing minimally.
It's good for the religious conservatives.It's okay for me. I miss my uniform, now I'm in college. Maybe I should say that I'm only generalizing in those statements.
