It is quite a sad song, i've been so busy lately that i haven't had time to get around to playing FFX-2. Between school and work i have little time to do my own thing and when i do the endless line of anime waiting to be watched usually comes first, meaning i still havent got around to it, but i have seen the song many times cause i have the sequence on a file on my computer.....also listen to the song a fair bit. Cancel

Yeah! It's been a really long time since i played the game. I'm too obsessed with Final Fantasy, the gameplay was really great. Suteki Da Ne from FFX was not bad either. ;) Cancel

I felt that Jade's version actually outclassed Koda's version of the song. I guess it was because I listened to 1000 Words before Sen no Kotoba. But I felt that Jade had more feeling in how she sang the song. Cancel

There are differences between Koda's and Jade's version that make them both good, in my opinion. Jade's is more dramatic with the background voice but Koda sometimes has this kind of hoarse tunes which I like. Either way, I like the song and both versions. Cancel

I love this, a discussion where poor Jade's version doesn't get bashed. As a fan of them both I have to say that I prefer Jade's version far better. I love her voice and it's easier for me to picture it being Yuna's voice then it is for me to picture Koda as her voice. Cancel

That one's my favorite song in FFX-2........ I mean, real Emotion is kinda good (with the fighting and singing) But 1000 Words made me sad knowing that Shuyin and Lenne died together....... It's kinda too bad that Shuyin never heard Lenne's words of love......until the end... I know I've played this game about seven or eight times *heh*(I was pretty bored with my other games, so I played this more than I thought) Jade's a pretty damn great singer in this game....... Glad that the company chose her to sing real Emotion and 1000 Words...... Cancel

I went to see koda kumi perform real emotion and 1000words live at kamikazecon and she performed them in japanese but the truth is I think jade's is better, though i like kumi's version as well. too bad they cancelled kamikazecon, it was good. Cancel
