i just finished S3, anyone know if there is any offical announcement for season 4? season 3 ending left it kinda blank... it would be great to see another one :)

There is going to be a season 4. Yeah! It's called: UFO Princess Valkyrie: Toki to Yume to Ginga no Utage.
