Wallpaper
I'm really am not satisfied with it T_T I always had problems with text so any suggestions will help a lot.

well firstly the vector is really well done- my only crit is on the arm on the right- on the underside of the arm, the right part is thicker than the left and doesn't seem to gradually thicken from left to right- not sure if that was intended, but it looks a bit strange.
I don't mind the font actually- it's pretty well done because it suits the clothing style of the character. Perhaps the wires might also need some variation in width here and there perhaps? Or maybe even more wires ~ last thing is the red grunge background- I'm not too sure on the colour - I know it's sort of "death" ish, but hmmm. Constrasts a bit too much with the green maybe. Overall since it's such a malicious kind of wallpaper, I think it should be much darker instead of using white lol - but you're not finished I don't think ---
Hopefully there are a few suggestions somewhere in there @_@ <3 the vector

The vector needs texturing if the backround is going to be so texurized as well. The colors are a little odd, I would have chosen something much darker -- a red or black mix for the backround and colors of the vector as well. As for the font ... well, I don't really like it in general, or the positioning. Try something else, like lining it horizontally on the left portion of the wallpaper, or something.
Other than that, it is an okay wallpaper. Just keep working on it and you will eventually have whatever's in mind.

The scan is from AP so I just went with the original bg that was in the scan, however it turned out empty @_@
I added a few more wires, a slight texture and some extra colors.

I still don't like the colors in the backround :| But if you like it then I guess you should just submit it. Great job on everything, the extra wires and textures look great. Maybe more textures on the character would help, but still, awesome work.
