I consider the limit of 3 submissions per day very low. I have some scans i would want to share and i cannot upload them. Surely i will forget that i have them and i will not share them, it's not the first case i do that :). I have too many scans as like to remenber which of them were not uploaded. So i suggest to up the limit at least to 5 o more, dunno, you admins have the word. To wait to share something is bad, and with the credit system i don't earn credits :D. cheers and keep the good work on MT! Cancel

we cannot have MT spammed with gallery submissions, and please just keep your hat on, 3 is just right and if you have many scans, spread them out. This way, more people will comment on them and they will see them more clearly all the time. submitting too many makes other's people work get flooded down from the recent's list, and that is called gallery flood or spam, no matter how good the scans or walls are. you must consider the benefits of others as well. Cancel

Devildude, the main issue is that others don't upload them so like i have credits, i would like to share them, that's all. I wrote that if i cannot upload the content i don't see in gallery i will simply not share them because i will forget to upload them. If i find that i have 20 scans to share, as example, is ridiculous to upload 3 by 3 and per day. If you understand at least something, i cannot be all a week looking at when i can or cannot upload something. I have not such amount of time for uploading some scans for share, i simply prefer to upload all them at once and do another things. Do you pretend to upload what i can't do or what? do you know that uploading content we loose credits? huh? It seems like you were the dude that cannot upload anything due that almost is uploaded. While certainly individual members may have quality scans to contribute, one must also consider that upload pertains not just to scans but also to wallpapers. MT strives to be a quality artwork gallery. As such, we do not want members to flood the galleries with many submissions of scans, wallpapers, doujinshis, indy art, or vectors. It should be obvious that no one can reasonably make that many wallpapers or doujinshis a day and still make them all of high quality. We strive for quality, not quantity, and if we must sacrifice a few scans uploaded to preserve a general higher level of quality, I think that is a fair trade off. Might I also suggest that you create a separate folder for your un-uploaded scans. Each one that you do upload, you move it out of that folder so that whenever you want to upload something, you go straight to that folder and all the scans there will be ready and available. Cancel

well, i will see what i do, it's a niusance by the way to keep a folder with the un-uploaded scans (that means a duplicate and disorden in my collection :P). Sure that in some days the scan probably would be uploaded before and then i should take a look to the whole gallery. I always try to upload high quality scans of 300 dpi without noise, From me Quantity is associated with Quality :P. Wallpapers are something i also like to share :). Bad quality items are always removed by the gallery directors. Don't forget, the more quantity is allowed to the members, the more workload the mods will have when they try to clean up the Gallery from poor quality submissions. The forum does not always revolved only around the members' whims. Consideration for the mods and admins are also important. Cancel

i understand what you wanted to say, but like said by mod EternalParadox, if you flood it with submissions, it is still kinda unfair, because like it or not, when a flooding sort of happens, it is actually pushing down all the artworks of others down, you can always just spread them out and as i recall, u can now upload 5 scans per 24 hour periods. I did that recently. c'mon, 5 out of 20 is not so bad. and like said, you wanna make sure them mods are not overworking... said this...i think lately Belmikry-san (new mod) must be working her pants off getting warnings across recent noob floods of scans... now you would not want your scans to be associated with these people when you flood the galleries won't you? cause a majority of people do get annoyed by floods. Cancel

I did that recently. c'mon, 5 out of 20 is not so bad.
