Notifications don't link properly for review replies

*does quick search* I don't think that anyone has mentioned this yet ^_^'

When I get a notification for review replies/comments and I click on the comment link I got a 404 not found messge:

Not Found

The requested URL /_reviews/findpost.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
