I definitely appreciate the religious/spiritual side of things, but this was once colloquially known as the 'Night Hag', where a person suffering from this would experience the feeling of someone sitting or pushing down on their chest, and the experience of being unable to move. Obviously, different cultures have different explanations for this, but....
IMO, the rolling eyes and paralysis are indicative of a certain stage of sleep you're in, where your body is unable to move for your own safety while you're in a particular stage of REM sleep, and I strongly suspect the voices you're hearing are due to you being in REM sleep, as someone else noted. Yes, I know your brain is actually awake at that point, but your body, and your brain is still part of your body (LOL!) is actually still asleep. This stage of sleep is normal and happens to you every night, you've just started becoming aware of it some of the time.
You do need to go to your parents to let them know, and you need to go to your family doctor. He or she will probably recommend you go to a sleep clinic (unless they're comfortable diagnosing this on their own, ack!), where the specialists will be able to a) *really* diagnose what's happening to you, and b) recommend a good treatment, whether it be behavioral or some form of medication (probably behavioral) to help you out!
And don't panic. This has been happening to people for centuries, and it's better to find out about something, no matter what it turns out to be, than to ignore it, because knowledge is power, and all that jazz. Good luck!
