although some of it aren't anime OSTs, they're definitely in the category that you mentioned. I'll give

1) " Haunted "--Blair Witch 2 soundtrack( pun intended ^_^')
2) Final Fantasy: Advent Children soundtrack( some are not " haunting " music, but there are other
compositions in there that'll fit with what you're looking for... ;)) i.e., The Promised Land :D
3) FF8 soundtrack collections, especially " Time Compression ", " The Extreme ", and " Silence
and Motion "
4) Witch Hunter Robin OST, " Shell ",and " Half-pain "( my favourite )
5) Ergo Proxy ( pretty much all the contents are haunting )
