Do you think that Square-Enix will make a remake of Final Fantasy VII on PS3?
And if they make it , Will they include what occurs in Final Fantasy Advent children?
It is one of the best Final Fantasy with the VI and I hope Square will make it, that will be marvellous!

Yes, I think there is a big chance that there will be a remake of FFVII on PS3.

The PS3 FFVIIdemo that Square showed at E3 was very well received by everyone who saw it.

Together with FF6 this is the most popular of all the Final Fantasies and I think a PS3 remake would be very successful.

I haven't seen the movie but why would Square make a movie sequel to the game and a PS3 demo AND a sequel game (Dirge of Cerberus) if they didn't plan to make a remake.
I the movie is really successful and Dirge of Cerberus sells well, then I am sure there will be a remake.

The movie content will probably not be in the remake since it's a sequel to the game, but I haven't seen it so I am not sure of the exact story of the movie.

Anyway, this is only what I think.
I myself would love a remake.

Anyways, it would have been great for a FF7 remake. It would have been better for a Xenogears remake.

FFVII is unlikely to be remade, even if there was that sweet demo. There should be, exactly like togusa said, a remake or FF6... at least for the DS, with some graphics or audio update or something?
Now THAT was a good game, none of them pansy ass polygon things. 2D was the bomb.

Zelard - Isn't Xenogears supposed to be remade? It is the fifth episode of Xenosaga, and they're already up to three. In four years, they'll reach that point.

don't think it will be remade too. I heard somewhere out there that square have no plan to remade it yet. And I think they won't just remake the game JUST by graphic improvement, and I think the systems of FFVII is already very well made.

Also the demo on PS3 seems to just demostrate PS3's graphic capabilities.....

For Xenogears, I also think Xenosaga ep.5 will be different with Xenogears. Well ppl said Xenogears is Xenosaga ep.5, but, since up to 3 Xenosaga episodes the time setting is still Shion's, I think it's a little bit unlikely to just time-swap to Xenogears time in just 2 episodes......

I hope they don't and shouldn't remake it. Let the series die or it will crap with remake after remake. Theres already enough spins offs to keep the fanboys happy. They should be satified with what they got.
Ps2= Dirge Of Cerberus
PSP = Crisis Core
Mobile = Before crisis
Movie = Advant children.
Music = Advent children OST and most liekly in future Dirge of Cerb OST.
PC = FF7 at now ridiculous prices.
