Hey I cant remember from which game this character, serados is from:

Personally I think its from Magna Carta, but can someone confirm it. Moreover, it would be awesome if someone could
supply some links to wallpapers of serados, cause I cant find her on Minitokyo. Thanks.

I believe you can find that character with the names: Burst Angel, Ugetsu Hakua, or Bakuretsu Tenshi. and your wrong, you can find her on Minitokyo.
There is a name, so google is your friend, it shouldn't take long to dig up your info.
