According to the Japanese .Hack website and dothackers, there is going to be a new .Hack series based on the new .Hack//GU games. The new .Hack series is called .Hack//Roots. It will start showing April 5th (in TV Tokyo) and will last 26 episodes.

For those thinking that .Hack//GU is the new games, IT IS. Repeating for those who didn't see, this new anime is based on the new games.

Shoot I'm not even through with .HACK//Sign! (I only have episodes 1-5) I've finished the .HACK//Legend of the Twilight manga and have seen a few of the anime episodes. I haven't played the games *psssst...secret, not really*(cause I don't have any playstation systems, I only have nintendo systems) although I can't wait to play them. I think a new series sounds awesome!

Brilliant another .Hack series, I can't wait. I really liked the first one, the second one was fine but far too happy and I only watched one or two of Liminality. But they were all great editions to the .Hack series name.

Awesome! Should be interesting to see how this series turn out. Liked the earlier .hack//Sign and ./hack//Dusk . . . hopefully this one would be cooler. :)

p.s Always wished they would just come up with a real mmorpg of "The World" XD
