Actually I have only one thing to mention, if anything, new mods please be friendly, talking bluntly will only kill your relationship with members (not like something you have them on FL or anything, but the general distance). Trying to potray that you are all high and mighty on the top will simply kill off the place, even if you are running it well.
Don't mean to educate, but I have seen some bad examples before, just hope it is not as to what I have faced will happen again.Click signature for my blog

I agree with you. This is an important point.
But it seems the new mods are all fluffy and sweet :) so they won't hopefully be as the bad examples you've told us about ^_^ (i'm wondering who was the "bad example" ;))I hope that the new mods will be as impartial in highliting, and selecting high quality items as the previous mods. Now since their qualified, I'm sure they'll do their work well, though the temptation of favouritism is always there... but I'm sure that won't happen, right? (Maybe I'm placing hopes too high...)

Even though I'm new here and I know only a few, I am sincerely conngratulating to all new moderators. Being a moderator corresponds with loads of responsibility..so I salute you all. Have luck in all your meticulous job but in the same time have a good time...Less stress, more fun! ^_^

Now if they could just do something about the spyware....every time I come to this sight I have to run my anti-spyware programs...depending on the the amount of walls I look at ..I get between 22 - 40 little unwanted additions.
