Yeah, 800*600 is below minimum MT resolution. Also, some things to think about:
* Using basically the same background for a series of walls is like submitting multiple versions of 1 image. The new MT policy is 1 version of each wall, however nice the bg itself may be.
* Little windows with images (screenshots, other charas, etc) is generally not sound compositionally. They're considered a low effort way to fill space.
