It's very hard to say because we can't compare it with the other maybe you must specified more. But after all like cloud's sword in FF Advent Children and Creed's (black cat) sword.

I only watched a few titles that have swords in it...like Bleach, Shakugan no Shana, and Fate/stay night.
Out of all the swords, i think Saber's Excalibur from Fate/stay night could be the strongest because it is invisible, which would be hard for opponents to counter its attacks.
That's not only the reason why its the strongest though, I would mention more but its a *spoiler* lol...more of its power is revealed in Ep.12 of the anime... :p
