A wallpaper I started a while ago.
I always semm to have problems trying to blend the scan with the background.
Any ideas/suggestions? :)

Need a different background or do the character as a silouhette (sp?).
I think the problem is that the lighting is wrong between the figure and background. Maybe do a background showing the sky with teh sun rising/setting and lighting the area from the front with all the colors displayed in teh sky and on the sea.Do not interfere in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and good with ketchup.

1. The character is too big for the background.
2. Level of shadows between the character and the background is glaringly different.
3. The position of the character versus on the background is unatural.

Have to agree that the lighting and the angle of the bg seem a bit unnatural given the chara image. The tuft of grass that he's standing on also seems unnatural, given the desert-like bg.
