Was not sure where else to post for help, i hope this will do.
was having trouble meeting the requirements for the avatar and signature, even after i met the correct requirements on
the signature mine were currently

Type: Bitmap Image
Size: 36.6 KB
it still says the file Sigimg is too big
i am confused.. any ideas? thank you and sorry for a help topic wasn't sure where else to post.

myojin671, the images for your avatar and signature must be in GIF format.

thank you for the info, is there a way i can change an image to GIF.format
First of all just open the image in whatever image program you made it in. Then you can either click save or save as and at the bottom of the save screen there is a scrollbar that contains all the different image files you can save the image under. Just save it as a gif and upload it here.

signature size is 486x60 in GIF format. smaller than 50kb
avatar is 50x50 in GIF format, smaller than 30kb only
remember to use "[sigimg]" in your signature box (remove the " and the " first)
then press ctrl+F5 for it to show.
