Well, I just found out the sad truth about it...
It's not really an anime, NOR a manga! It was a novel series by Shimizu Fumika (Aoi Nanase did the character designs). And it was made into a 3-part CD DRAMA SERIES, not an anime. Minitokyo staff, if you're reading this, you need to change the information on the RoNS page. :(
