It's not a problem I'm concerned with but I would like to know why your artistic value is decreased when you submit a wallpaper.
Any idea's?

When you submit a wallpaper the artistic level is calculated as an average of favourites and comments.
When you submit another, the average goes down.
This is what I assume anyway- when you get the favourites and comments, the level should go back up.
