1. Get rid of the repeating Elbow and butt on the right side.
2. Make the background more consistent.
3. Ummm, it seems parts of her are dissappearing.

I think you should try putting some more color into the backgrounf. It just looks kidna plain and boring.

The ghosting really isn't adding to the composition, so removing it is a start.
The bg also looks low quality: lots of noise and jagged edges. It looks like you're going for a sky scene, so what I suggest is that you start with a sky stock photo. Of course, just pasting the chara image on a stock photo isn't going to be enough either. From there you can add mist, brushing, texturing, etc. to create a more cohesive bg.

The background needs to be soft to match with the character. Try some nice fluffy clouds in the back and softer colours that the black? ^_^* Good luck!
