Members, ATTENTION!
1stly, I said, please, please dont think that from now on, this group isnot as equal as before >___<, we are still an equal community, the only problem is if we let the group as before, than this group is going to die, so we do this just for the improvement of the group ^__^, member should be active right ;). hope you can understand :)
Since this is our first activity after the revolution of Mikie-chan to revive the group, you all can see the group member status have some changes now. The current group staff, which means the most people that activate in the group after Mikie's annoucement, is

- Group Moderator
These group staffs are sure the people that have enough managing skill, and have good html knowledge and the most active. But then, that doesnt mean other members dont active as much as and dont have skill as much as the current staff, which is probably Mikie's choice :).
So on, i'll throw the first contest for the group, which will choose the best members that can control the group.
Right after this contest, we will have the banner contest, hope you all can join ^__^

-Rule - How to join:
-We'll need three new moderators ^_^
-be a member of ice-and-snow, sure ^__^
-dont be shy ;), just say if you want to be a group staff ^^
-Let us know which duty is suit with you the best, or you think you will do it best ;) -mod duty below-
-Answer in this thread, not PM or comment in Guestbook, that will not be counted
-CURRENT STAFF WILL CHOOSE BASE ON YOUR APPLICATION, IMPORTANT! (i'm sorry about this, but we dont have much time for voting since not so much members know others real skill and it's easily to get to the thing that you'll vote for your friend >___<). When the group is better, i may throw another mod contest ^____^. If you'renot chosen now, plz dont be mad :), just contribute and we may promote you ^__^
-The time will be from now( 12:00am May07th ) to ( 12:00 May14th ) GMT+7 ^__^, totally a week
-Moderator's duty:
firstly, i want to say that, despite being in the moderator status, [url]Dianas-chan[/url] and [url]Sakuya-sama[/url]
will take care of all group, or we can say Super Moderator ^__^, but the moderators who will be chosen after this
contest, will only take one duty ^__^, i want to say clearly to avoid problem,
such as moderator's arguement becoz of taking care of other duty ^__^, thanz for understanding ^__^
Back to work :), there'll be three duty for three moderators ^__^
-Rule moderator: there'll be a rule for Ice-and-Snow, the group staff will make this after the group is re-organized ;), this mod will take care of members who dont follow the MT and group rule to remind them
-Member's checking moderator: this one will take care of member's activity in the group and MT, if a member doesnt active for so long so the mod will have to remind them, and this mod will be really active ^__^
-Art moderator: you'll take care of the group gallery, add in new nice stuffs to make the group lively, this mod also need to have knowledge about coding and art design program such as photoshop, illustrator, imageready....no need to know all ^^
This is just the main duty the moderator will take care of, we'll discuss clearer with the moderators after voting ^___^, and this duty might be changed later. So dont worry about it's too much or scare you cant take over all the stuffs
-Voting - for current group staff only:
The voting rule is: each staff will give point for each nominee, from 1~10, the member who has the highest point in each duty will be the winner ^___^( which means the highest points will be 40).
Voting will be written in this thread and be display in the group main page :)
