'blood +' ending - the most annoying piece of music and visuals ever ! the whole series is pretty much unbearable but the ending espacially!

I don't know if you're asking about japanese themes or american themes... Speaking of the japanese ones, I can't help but hate Clamp's X ending theme >_< Music, vocals... I hate everything about that song!
If you mean the american ones, I don't really know cause I'm italian XD Our anime themes are almost childish or boring or something to really feel ashamed of so I simply change tv channel when they're playing them XD

D.N. Angel and Mai-himieAnd hated the ending for Mai-himie

Tenjou Tenge opening was awful.
I really REALLY can't stand Sokabasu from Rurouni Kenshin. It was pretty bad...

Ok, I guess I should make a proper list:
Just plain bad:
Tenjo Tenge OP - Bomb a head.
Inuyasha 1st OP - Change the world. (In fact, most of the opening themes to Inuyasha are painfully mediocre.)
Robotech OP theme - Yay for way overused synthetic theme that tries to sound orchestral and heroic.
Most of the Ranma 1/2 OP and ED themes. (Save for a few.)
DearS - Love Slave. Can you say major icky? The group's name, by the way, is Under17.
The ending themes to Strawberry Panic. Creepy girls FTW.
Ichigo 100% ED theme - "IKE IKE!" *eurodance*
Hilariously bad:Galaxy Railways OP - I can just imagine the men's choir standing there singing this with straight faces.
Super Robot Wars: Original Generation OP - Haha, 80's hair rock for victory.
Divergence Eve ED and Misaki Chronicles OP - Wow, talk about your general mismatch of song and show content. "People are being killed by nightmarish alien beings and the universe is doomed. LET'S DO A HAPPY POP SONG!"- Nov 08, 2006

I think the ending of Gundam Wing and Tenjho Tenge aren't that great and I don't like the song to the Ouran Host Club closing either. Some of the Yu Yu Hakusho ones aren't that hot either.

i didn't like the op and ed for haruhi suzumiya at all although a lot of people seems to like it. And rozen maiden's openings and endings are pretty weird as well. Oh and most Bleach endings. The only one I liked was Life.

Hmmm, I don't know, but one BAD opening/ending theme I know off the top of my head is the one for the Power Stone anime. That was HORRIBLE! Geez!
