I know this is probably is stupid question, but I've always wondered how you make the same wallpaper in different sizes.
Because every time I try to downsize from the larger size it comes out all blurry, is there something I'm doing wrong?

downsizing from a larger resolution is easy if you have photoshop. edit-image size
theres programs out there that does that for you too, just google it
Actually, ment how do you do that and keep the image quality or od you create different resolution from the same wallpaper a different way?

Well, what wallers usually do is, they take their 1600x1200px wallpaper, and in Photoshop with "Save for Web", there's another option of changing the resolution. And then they usually save the same wallpaper with different resolutions.

If you don't have Photoshop and aren't interested in all of its crazy details and jumping through hoops just to get it installed, you can download the free image software, GIMP which will resize wallpapers quite easily.
