My way would be to ignore, if possible. They are just looking for attention usually. That being said, the bitch person is usually sad inside, so they need help of some sort. The rough exterior is a sign. Sometimes people will seem cold and dark, like nothing you say or do will ever change that. Not all are the same and some have more darkness than others, so that being said: sometimes you just have to figure stuff on your own depending on the situation cause you didn't list enough information for us to give you an in depth solution. ^_^

1- Ignore the person
2- If they start to talk to you {but harrasing you, bothering you, saying things to your face I give them 3 strikes
