I guess this question must've been asked a long time ago,
but anyways,
as for me, i use "chaoz" because i usually cause lot's of trouble during multiplayer mode heheh. Especially in halo, once i played halo, 3 on 1 with me as 1 against my friends .bullets and Grenades were flying here and there. in the end the results were around 200-me to 20-opposing team. for proof ask RengekiShin. he's been through hell playin with me.

"noob_here"....as I usually am to PC games like CS or Doom, but not Unreal. But it gives a psychological edge in that others think you are a noob and don't take u seriously and then *bam* they fall hard and fast. :-)

*cough hack cough* Hey ang, CS_King? Lol, thick faced. XD Anyways, what ma8 says is true. I suck in Halo 2, Xbox that is, but I definately do not suck if it was on the PC. Lol, I don't own an Xbox, and I'm not accustomed to the controls. I use Shin, ShiNocturne in games, don't bother with other names, I might even confuse myself.
Sorry man, but that's how it is. Well, i own an xbox and it's natural for me to be an expert in the games i play. But if it's the pc, umm... wouldn't it be the same? cept for controls. anywez, it's survival of the fittest, survival of the feutus. huh... how'd that slip out? come over to my house more often during the holidays lar. get better.

Unfortunately there seems to be some sick sick person who used that name before me, I realised that when I googled my name.
I pretty much always use shoujoboy (XBOX live gamertag) when it's just creating profiles. I use default names in things like RPG's. And if I'm just playing some kind of off-line game with some friends, I always use Jay Leno. For some reason I suck at shooting rockets at somebody, but if I'm named Jay Leno I become death incarnate.

Ninja Commander
I first called my self by my name. I then moved on to Assassin to sound more intimidating. It was then Annihilator. I chose that because I would play on for hours taking out computer opponents (I don't really have many opportunities to go head to head with actual people). The name I use now is Commander just to feel like I have a high position; in my opinion, the name fits in with Star Wars Battlefront 2. I also think it sounds cool.
usually the custom names... except if I don't like them.
By example, I remember renaming maybe half of the FF7 cast even though I don't remember what were the new names except Vicky for Yuffie.
But I usually names that I like to pick for my fanfics.

I would usually just make up some random name to use in games like Sinera or Namaro. Otherwise I would use the name given like Kite in dothack or Tidus from Final Fantasy.
