This is a poem i had to do as a final assignment in my Language Arts class and I decided to submit it here for all to see.
I'm not sure how good it is but I got a B on it in class so...enjoy and please comment. Good or bad comments are welcome.
Life

Life is living,
In this earth we all love.
Life is when,
You came from up above.
And then God sent you,
Back down to the earth,
And that is when you were given birth.
As you grew,
You made more friends.
You are loved,
And your family defends,
You from the dangers,
Outside in life,
Then you are married,
With a husband or wife.
Time flew so fast,
Like you were born yesterday.
Please, live a good life,
That I must say.
Then you're a senior,
You're close to your death.
Say your good-bye to the world,
And take your last breath.
Soon you are dead,
And for all those who cared,
They came to your funeral,
And it was declared.
Once again,
I have to say,
Life is living,
In this earth the right way.
