why in the world would they dub it o_O Or wait in haruhi they dubbed god knows and the other song didn't they? To actually think there are people that aren't even VAs that can sing both 'a those songs easily in its original japanese lyrics.

They try really hard to catch up to the songs rhythm when their words don't really fit in.

I don't like any form of dubs in my anime. When you watch something in it's original form, you are getting the pure form of the show. Dubs take away from what the art was intended as, and often are terrible anyway.

Original is the best^^ I hate it dubbin, most of the time it's just awful. Voice doesn't match to character, crappy songs etc.

Dubs will never sound better then the original....i dont know what it is about american (or just english speaking) voice actors, but they NEVER put as much feeling or emphasis into the dialogue as the originals do.....take Final Fantasy: Advent Children as a prime example....if you want an intense movie that brings out some of the best dialogue in every way, watch it in original.....if you want to hear Tifa say "WILLY NILLY WILLY NILLY" like she just took a folding chair to the jaw, watch the dub....

i hate dubbing. It's makes the character sounds weird. besides, anime from japan also sell the seiyuu (dubber) and the singer. If they dubbing the song, then it'll be ruin the lyrics and the rhythm.. -__-"

Definitely original! No intention of insulting anyone, but sometimes plain voice actors can't double as singers. I've heard Chinese and English versions of anime songs, it sounds awkward and some of it just isn't sung well. I don't know why they bothered doing so in the first place.

sometimes the dubs are okay
my thing with translating from one language to another, the song loses it's meaning in the lyrics, which totally sucks. so i usually prefer the original version.

for the theme songs, OST or whatever. please please please ORIGINAL no matter what is the language.

i always prefer to watch in original language drama, anime, movie or whatever with subtitles. definitely NO dub.
