Instead of trying to browse anime sites perhaps you could, you know, work? As for bypassing the firewall, chances are your company (assuming they're half competent) will have locked down most outgoing ports and may also have a proxy running. The way I got around this when I was at university was to tunnel through the network into my personal network at home and simply use remote desktop. I was only experimenting with network tunneling though, not trying to bypass the firewalls that were in place.
To bypass firewalls you need to use a proxy, I beleive there is a firefox plugin that automatically configures and uses proxies. Plus I'd highly recommend you use Portable FireFox and put it on a flash disk, that way all the settings are saved to your disk and not the hard drive.
Thanks for the advice guys. :)
That's a proxy surfing site that'll allow you to surf freely. It's completely private.
well i tried that, the site opened but when i entered the site it still blocked... :(
What was blocked?
Direct link: http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html
You type in the site you want to go to and hit "Surf anonymously".
If the company's firewall is blocking anomymouse.org, well then...I can't help you, lol. ~_~
Did you configure the proxy settings right.
If you need to you always have Google cache to help you.

There is a firefox plugin called gCache that allows you to access cached versions of links, handy but I don't think
it is supported anymore.

The firewall seems to filter out the info i am sending to anonymouse.org.
ex. i enter the site www.meebo.com it blocks the connection to
meebo.com.
it only shows this page....

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/http://www.meebo.com
