I have made wall-paper, but I know what of them is better looked
4 kinds of it.
Advise what of them anything and what still it can is possible to complete in them?
And I do not know a framework goes here whether or not?

The second two are definitely better with out the border unless you really clean up and sharpen the border. Also the scan you used looks rather gainy. If this is not the intent then I suggest cleaning up the image as well.
Do not interfere in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and good with ketchup.

You need to clean up the extraction of the girl a bit... there is some white on top of her head next to her hat that needs to be erased. I like the misty starry version of the wall better and I personally like the first incorporation of a border. It's very noticeable. However, like Mnemeth said the border isn't very clean. It would be nice if you used the pen tool in photoshop and recreated it. Another thing I'd like to see is to have ther border turned in on the image as well, except the inner boder would be without the white border and would instead overlap with the image.
OVerall, the image without the border looks like there is not enough effort put into it. With the border it looks like you really put some thought into it, but it would be nicer with a cleaner border.

I like the border style, it matches with the girl, but like others said, it's not too clean. and maybe put a colour behind the border instead of just leaving it white. the sparkles are nice, but soften them up a bit to match the background.
