i can't remember what program i used to make them cos i had reformatted my computer and well...i lost it T_T
so can anyone tell me what program was used to cut the scene other than imageready to sequence it?

well there is an program that you can edit and take scenes from it i think its adobe premier pro [not so sur ehow its spelled that way] you can take out the parts and put them together and make an avatar haha but not really sure though you could try..! ^^ ja-ne...! ^^

You can use just about any video editor to cut out video clips. The problem is getting a program that resizes and converts them to .gif
Well, I've not made an avatar before, but I have worked with Fireworks, whichs deals with adding special effects to short clips and videos. Maybe that would work?

I think you can use the Nero tools softwares.
