In D.N.Angel is Krad really evil? I mean he is only mad at Dark for stealing his clans art. So is Krad really as evil as people say?

I don't find him too evil. I find him okay.
A lot of characters are like that... even in different shows. They just seem evil because they're trying to get revenge or trying to avenge someone/something.

(But that's proably my opinion. ^^)

Who knows? He may have a different motive from what he's letting us on. I wonder if Krad loved someone just like Dark? :/

I think Krad is definetly evil. Afterall, he does want to kill Daisuke and Dark and couldn't give a damn about his own tamer! Mean!

Well...Krad isn't really a bad guy it depends who's side you're on. He's just doing whatever it takes because...well, it doesn't seem like anybody else is really doing anything.

um im just going to insert this comment and hope that no one will try to hunt me down and assassinate me...but i think that Krad is a big meanie, what with the way that he was treating Satoshi >< he was hurting him and i dont think that was nice, and im a huge fan of Dark...so yeah...o-o;;

It's an interesting question. My opinion is that while I don't think he's "evil" exactly, Krad's methods are entirely opposite of Dark's, in that instead of cooperating with his host he prefers to take control. The problem of course is that it goes against the Daisuke/Dark philosophy of "working together", and of course it causes harm to Hiwatari. I would say that he's self-centred to the point of objectifying all other characters; Satoshi is the only person he would have a problem with killing because he is, after all, his tamer and Krad needs him to exist. While that doesn't make him evil, it makes him antagonistic to every character we're supposed to like (particularly Daisuke, Dark and Satoshi, although Risa and Riku get to enjoy his selfish side too). Mean? Yes. Evil? I say no.

Krad is the split of Dark. Hence his name, Dark spelled backwards.
He is Dark's absolute personality opposite.
