It's been showing in cinema in Australia for a few weeks now. The movie turn out exactly how i anticipated for it to be. A typical all girly action movie just like Charlie's Angel. Which is pretty disappointing but not
surprisingly.

But it wasn't released in certain states; here, for one, despite it from being another Hollywood blockbuster or so they say. Besides, storylines of many readapted series derived from fighting games are rather bleak and simillar anyways.

why? there are several good movies. for example mortal kombat 1 was pretty good, both resident evil movieas are not bad and silent hill is just outstanding! So we still can hope for the best!...after killing Uve Boll ofc =)

I actually liked Advent Children the movie, did pretty well in my book. Mortal Kombat 1 was ok as they somewhat followed the storyline of the game itself. Resident Evil 1 was alright since it had its scary moments. Resident Evil Apocalypse was a bullshit disgrace to Resident Evil.

On top of those, the Tomb Raider series did alright in my opinion. Not spectacular but a decent attempt.

But DOA the movie was just a pure #### up in every sense of the word. When the trailer says they've got the looks that can kill they weren't kidding, after seeing the alien life form that was playing Kasumi I believe I felt my heart stopping.

The chick looks like God beat her with the ugly stick and then bashed her face against the ugly tree for good measure.

How was the movie ? I mean I saw some brief commercials and ads here and there and then next thing I know the thing has already been released and I still haven't seen it.

I heard it was pretty stupid since it was americanized but what do you all think of it (people who have seen it)
