Here's the thing: I was trying to do the Summoning Technique myself and figured I could best learn it from
Jiraiya.. so I opened up the special ep 95/96, and fast forward to the point of the Summoning Technique.. to be exact,
it was at 19 minutes and 27 seconds.
I opened up the website of NarutoFan and went to the Hand Seals page. I was shocked to find out that either NarutoFan
made a mistake or there was a mistake in the series itself.
