As for the group skin, it should not be used by another group. The aim is to make a holiday skin for UPSD. The .zip file should contain the codes, bg images, and a preview image. Send your entries to either mu-chan or lacus-chan.
You can vote for both group and member skin entries. Only one vote per member per category is allowed. In other words, you can only vote once in the group skins category, and once in the member skins category. Any MT member may vote. So get your friends to vote for you!
