Next time post a link to your image rather than the full sized pic in the thread.
Did you vector the guy? If so you did a good job, but he's so bleached out it looks like a photo that got lightened too much with a filter. The background is really...lame. Abstract is okay, but he really needs something to be leaning against...unless you're goig for the "blending into the wall" looks, and then the black and white is too hard, I'd scale it toward a grey or blue instead. Since he looks so much like a photo, maybe vector some photos of stuff and put in the large white bubbles, like vector a skyline or flowers or something to match him and put in the circle?
