yesasia.com is my CD purchasing site of choice. They have the legitamate Japanese CD's and what makes that a good site to buy from is free shipping. When CD's can range around the $30 area, free shipping at least makes the purchase easier. I looked and they do have all the OST's. Hope this helps.

I believe its really hard to find those soundtracks especially the StrikerS soundtrack. I hope that someone would upload many soundtracts of it.
