Alright, my userpage will not reset. I have removed everything off my Build Skin page and put in Reset Skin in the skin name box. After checking my page and discovering that it hadn't changed, I decided to logout and log back in. Well, that didn't work. So my next recourse was to clear my cache/cookies, which I have done, but this still hasn't helped. Does anyone else know what could be going on? Or what I could do?

x_x i think you did it wrong...
The skin wont reset.. if you put "Reset Skin" in the skin name...Control Panel>Skin builder
On the left Menu there is a header "OPTIONS".. There should be a reset skin button there ;)P.S: it takes a while for the skin to reset...
At the end of the day, i would always turn around and say.... "Egao Saku... "
