Well, I had just bought a Ranma 1/2 figure collection (for the first time in my life! WOOHOO!~ XD ) It has 5 sets in 1,
which each cost (Malaysian Dollar) RM11.72 each [check out its approximate

Quote:
(USA) US$3.03
(Europe) Euro$ 2.41
(Singapore) S$5.09
(Saudi Arabia) 12.20 Riyals
(UK) 10.72 Pounds
(Australia) Aus$ 4.18
Here's the sample:
As a first time buyer, I have no idea how to look for the best quality ^_^' . I first thought It's directly imported from Japan due to its expensive cost (in Malaysia). However, I got a shock :\
At the box, it has a Japanese company name, but included 3 words which are in contrast>>Click HERE
Besides, they were packed in a rather simple box, with this design:

Then, I checked the figures, some which has a 'scar'-like lines at its sides, like this one>>Click HERE.
In additional, the figures' hair are like assembled (example HERE)
The only thing I think has its authenticity is their eyes (example HERE)
Oh, not to forget, underneath each of these figures has a copyright name "Rumiko Takahashi".
Well, my problem is:
1. Are they of good quality?
2. Are they fakes or original?
If Made in China figures are okay, do they make cheaper but as good as Japan-made quality figures too? (I don't mean to degrade Chine-made stuff, but just want to learn about qualities ^^)
