people said that the scans is jaggy....how can u tell? also i used the mask layer as an extracting method. Some said the
pen tool is better but i couldnt find any that is useful..help? thanx guyz^^

I really like this paper, I think its near perfect. I would just change the way you did your signature, just to normal font but otherwise its beautiful--two points for you! lol.

I think it's well-done. Only thing I would like added is more textures in the background, because it looks too empty as it is.
Like SuperSlySamurai said, that signature would look better if smaller.If you can't handle me at my best, then you don't deserve me at my worst!
