Joyau Sapphire has yet to choose her Soeur therefore the first Soeru Sapphire will be in the next batch unless once again Joyau Sapphire did not manage to choose a Soeur in which case both Soeur Pearl and Soeur Tourmaline will be requires to assist Joyau Sapphire if help is required.

PLEASE NOTE that if a Joyau would graduate (resign) from her position. Her soeur during that period of time will take over permanently unless she declines or wishes to resign later during her position as a Joyau.
