I just finished Saikano a few days ago and thinking that the live action adaptation would be similarly powerful, I watched it as well. However I was disappointed to see that it was of incredibly low quality. The performances from the actors were wishy-washy, the original story was mutilated, and some of the more mature/powerful scenes were omitted. To me it was an all around poorly executed project. Anyways, what do you guys think?
