It looks pretty good to me! Maybe it got deleted because of simplicity but, strange enough, that's what I like about it - it's simple, without any useless stuff.
You can try something I've been using in my wallpapers lately: overlay a pattern/texture between Ai and the window/cloud plan, then erase the pattern in random spots, where the window should be. It's like a mosaic or a stained glass window effect :)

Hi!
I've never made a wp before, so what I say may not be too useful.. but I try :)
Well, first I would get rid of those black lines and than I'd put some text on the wp or make the girl look like as if she is falling down xO hehe, oooor.. I don't know.. that's it for now, I can't give you a better advice, and gomen if I said something stupid :)

I guess it was deleted because of low effort. I assume that you've taken the vector from Minitokyo. So in that case you have to put more effort in the background.
The only thing I can actually think of is too put her on a wooden flooror maybe tatami. You could try to add some objects like the balls Ai plays with from time to time, the straw dolls, those cherries she's eating often, or some spider lilies. Those are just some things that appear in the anime (and are kind of associated with her) I'm sure you can think of something else too.

mmm,,, it's good but I agree with the comment above... try to something more to it and I aren't sure about the bg something it's weird, at first I thought that it's was tha floor but it isn't... I think and if it is the you could make a little reflection of her.... you have really good ideas so I think you could make a better wall! good luck :)
