lolx!~ you can make a banners using paintshop, photoshop or gimp~ or any art applications!~ =]
banners are like those promo kind yup!~ you can draw if you wan but you gotta scan it according to the limit to the size of the requirements!~ =] yup!~ remember to be creative minna!~ =]
