I am a huge fan of Seishirou from Tokyo Babylon and X. I just found out he is in Tsubasa as well. Can anyone tell me which episodes he appears in?

He is main villain from ep17 to ep25 (chapters 33-49 manga).
Then he appeared in flashbacks of Tokyo Revelations (which featured Kamui, Fuma and Subaru) OVA1-3 (chapters 107 -136)
Latter he reappears in person (along with Fuma) in Nihon arc (manga chapters 167-183)

But I don't think that Seishirou's appearance was cool in Tsubasa. In fact, it was well annoying. In Tokyo Babylon and X he is MUCH BETTER.
