And how does the winners being chosen?
Hotaru-chan and I will judge the fanfics..(but I think I'll just help around a bit and Hotaru-chan will do most of
the judging..since I'm really not the person who could give constructive critiscm..lol)
But don't worry though...we will also count your votes...
Since, for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be judged by Hotaru-chan and I, our entries won't be
counted...*sigh*
However, Hotaru-chan told me we should give banner to the most creative and I was thinking that for the most creative fanfic, why don't we just use votes and only votes? No judgings would be involved... That way, the admins could at least participate in the most creative fanfic...lol (Although...I haven't discuss this one with Hotaru-chan...This idea just came to me..lol)
