The code BB code tags have some parsing and display issues.
* URLs are apparently linkified even if they are in code tags
* Code box does not preserve whitespace. It wraps lines well before it has to (and probably shouldn't anyway). It
also adds blank lines in between every line of code.
The net effect of this is that code boxes are effectively useless since they don't prevent changes to the text and it looks far uglier than standard text.
