Gosh! Everytime I say I'm back I end up leaving again. I don't have internet but I'll post poems when I get a chance, I've got a lot to catch up on.
You may see that my poetry has branched off yet again, I have started writing life lessons or teaching through my poems, but I still write how I used to, I just have a variety now.
I can't remember where my inspiration sparked for this one. I remember it had something to do with English class. Anyways this is my view on someone else dying.
Be Careful
When you see someone is dying
But you can tell they are not trying
You might leave and walk away
Hope they die another die
But ultimately you'd leave them alone
To die or heal on their own
Because you are not their owner
They made themself a loner
You think it wrong to interfere
They are them and that is clear
Leave nature to it's course
Life isn't something you shouldn't force
Or maybe you'll stop and do what you can
It is man's job to help other man
You try and you try
Pray for them not to die
And if they're lost you're to no blame
But your life won't be the same
But if it works, and they do live
Much thanks they will give
But though you may not know who they are
They are your responsibility now, risky by far
You're now the reason they are still here
You're responsible for where their life will steer
If they do horrid things in their life
For you there'll be much strife
You are now their owner, their warm-hearted master
With each one of their actions, your heart will beat faster
You're the one who kept their light aflame
For their deeds, you are to blame
But maybe they'll do good
Like a grateful person should
Maybe they'll help you out
Or do kind things all about
But no matter what they do
The blame is upon you
